MailWild is operated by Cheddify Inc. By creating an account you agree to these terms, our acceptable use policy and our privacy policy. Questions go to support@mailwild.io.
Your account
You are responsible for your account and for every email sent from it. You may only email people who asked to hear from you, as the acceptable use policy explains.
Plans and billing
- Setting up is free: importing contacts, writing newsletters, connecting your domain and sending test emails to yourself. You need a paid plan to send to your list.
- Plans are priced by the number of people you can email. Each person counts once, and unsubscribed people don't count.
- Plans are billed monthly in advance through Stripe, in US dollars, starting the day you subscribe. Your card details are held by Stripe, not by us.
- If your list grows past your plan, sending pauses until you move to a larger plan. Switching plans is prorated.
- Sends are unlimited within fair use: up to 12 sends to your whole list each month.
Refunds
If you're not happy within 14 days of your first payment, email support@mailwild.io and we'll refund that payment in full. After 14 days, payments are not refunded. Accounts closed for breaking the acceptable use policy are not refunded.
Cancelling
You can cancel any time from the Plan screen ("Update card, see invoices, or cancel"). Your plan stays active until the end of the month you paid for, and you won't be charged again.
Pausing and closing accounts
We may pause or close an account that breaks the acceptable use policy or puts other customers' delivery at risk. You can export your contacts at any time.
The service
We work hard to keep MailWild running and your email landing in inboxes, but the service is provided as is, and we can't promise it will be uninterrupted or that every email will be delivered. To the extent the law allows, our liability is limited to what you paid us in the 12 months before a claim.
Changes
If we change these terms in a way that matters, we'll email you before the change takes effect.
