Questions
What counts as a contact?
Anyone on your list you can actually email. People who unsubscribed or bounced don't count, and someone on three of your lists counts once.
When do I pay?
When you send to your list for the first time. Importing your list, writing your newsletter, connecting your domain and sending test emails to yourself are free.
What if my list grows?
Move up a size from the Plan screen whenever you like. Switching is prorated, so you only pay the difference for the rest of the month.
Is there a contract?
No. You pay monthly and can cancel any time from the Plan screen. Your plan stays active until the end of the month you paid for.
What if I'm not happy?
Email support@mailwild.io within 14 days of your first payment and we'll refund it in full.
Do you have a free plan?
No. We'd rather keep one simple, affordable plan than a free plan with limits that push you to upgrade.
