MailWild stores the contacts our customers upload so they can send them newsletters. We never sell, rent, or share contact lists, and we never email a customer's contacts for our own purposes.
What we collect
- Account details: your email address, business name, mailing address, and billing details (card details are held by Stripe, not us).
- Contacts you upload or sync: email address, name, and company.
- Engagement on newsletters: deliveries, opens, clicks, bounces, and unsubscribes, so senders can see results and we can remove bad addresses.
Where it lives
Data is stored with Supabase and email is sent through Amazon Web Services, both in the United States. Optional AI drafting sends your notes and photos to Anthropic to write the draft; they are not used to train models.
Your choices
Anyone can unsubscribe from any newsletter with one click. Customers can export or delete their contacts at any time. To ask about your data, write to privacy@mailwild.io.
